The Sous Vide machine has changed our lives at home. It takes the guessing out of cooking meat and saves a heck of a lot of time. We decided to pull the trigger on a Sous Vide after having the best lamb chops of our lives at a fancy restaurant where we discovered this was their trick!

Lamb Chop Seasoning:
Rosemary
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Set Sous Vide at 210 for 2 hours
Sear + Butter baste
Top with Maldon Salt
